Margaret’s expertise focuses on the design and implementation of a broad range of Reward programs with a strong emphasis on Global benchmarking, Global Pay programs as well as Sales Incentive and Bonus Program design.

Over the last 15 years, Margaret has held Global Reward Leadership roles which included 3 years in a global Reward Leadership role based in Silicon Valley, California in a Fortune 100 global company. Margaret also has a depth of knowledge in Europe and the Emerging Markets (Eastern Europe, Russia, Middle East, Africa and Latin America).

Margaret's depth of expertise and commercial focus allows her to respond to the needs of client organizations wherever they are in their lifecycle – e.g. accelerated growth, centralization vs. decentralization, mergers and acquisitions, off-shoring and global diversification, cost reductions, etc.
